The Bungle Bungle Range (Bungle Bungles) in Purnululu National Park is more than 300 million years old.
The landscape of orange and grey domes is elevated as high as 570 metres above sea level stretches for kilometres.
The Bungle Bungles remained unknown to tourism until the 1980’s when the first aerial photos of the remarkable bee-hive looking formations were taken, shooting them to the top of the Western Australia’s bulging list of must see places.
Within this vast land is a world full of culture, history and undiscovered secrets. With a rich cultural history, Purnululu boasts some of Australia’s oldest and best Aboriginal rock art.
